MVP Health Insurance Company of NH to Assume Patriot Healthcare Policies and Operations

Effective Janauary 1st, 2008
Insurance Commissioner Roger Sevigny, obtained an order from the Merrimack County Superior Court placing the Patriot Healthcare Insurance Company, Inc. in court supervised rehabilitation. Additionally, the court approved the assumption agreement transferring the policies of Patirot Healthcare to MVP Health Plan effective January 1, 2008.
MVP has advised that this agreement will provide for the seamless transfer of policies with no disruption to policyholders and subscribers. According to MVP, Patriot Healthcare employer groups and members will have the same products and rates they do now.
