Still confronted with implementation challenges

Saturday marked the third anniversary of the affordable care act. NPR also noted that the public seems “more confused than ever about the law.” HHS Secretary Sebelius says there is a silver lining in that, “if knowing less means they know less of the hostile back-and- forth, that might not be a bad idea.” Challenges include convincing the public it is a good law, controlling healthcare costs and having the marketplaces ready by October 1st.
