CBO lowers number to 25 million

May 15, 2013 NAHU Newswire: The Congressional Budget Office has reduced the estimate of Americans that are expected to gain health insurance coverage as a result of the Affordable Care Act to 25 million. The originally estimate was 34 million in 2011.
