Future federal funding a concern
State Senate Republican leaders voiced concern over future federal funding promises for the ACA Medicaid expansion. Senate President, Peter Bragdon pointed out that even with the federal contribution toward expansion, the state would still see an increase in future Medicaid spending.

An unnamed healthcare provider is suing the IRS charging wrongful seizure of 60 million medical records from 10 million Americans when a warrant was executed. The suit alleges Fourth amendment violations and is seeking $25,000 in compensatory damages per violation.
