ACA Seminar – Full Time Employee Tracker

NEEBCo will be hosting a series of ACA-related educational seminars at the NEEBCo Conference Center to prepare employers for the 6055 and 6056 reporting requirements, due in early 2016.

Determination of full-time (30 hour) employee status using the appropriate ACA standard is necessary to predict potential shared responsibility penalties, dispute fines, and complete 6056 reporting requirements. For variable hour, seasonal and part time employees, determining full-time status by using the safe harbor look-back measurement method can involve complicated administration. On May 6th, 2015 from 10am to 12pm industry experts will provide a demonstration of NEEBCo’s Full Time Employee Tracker, a tool providing employers with a simplified method of administering the look-back measurement method for both new and ongoing employees.
