This interactive presentation will take the audience through a very bad week for an HR Manager, with each day involving an employee complaint and challenging legal issues. The audience will learn when and how to conduct effective internal investigations for complaints involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and misappropriation of data. Each scenario will be based on real life cases and stories.
