Lawmakers in two states looking to repeal medical tort system
Florida and Georgia lawmakers are repeal their state’s medical tort system. The outcome would be that no doctor, hospital or medical provider would be sued again. It is estimated that if adopted in all 50 states, it could save the healthcare system $2.6 trillion over 10 years.
