DOL Updates Model FMLA Forms

New forms reflect changes that became effective since last revision
The DOL has recently updated many of its model FMLA forms to reflect changes to the law since the last revision in early 2009. Employers that have developed their own notices should review the updated notices carefully. This NEEBCo Legislative Brief provides links to model notices in addition to the new FMLA Model Notice Poster. The old FMLA poster can be used through March 7, 2013.
