At NEEBCO, we understand how Coronavirus (COVID-19) has changed the way we work and live. However, we want you to rest assured that NEEBCo is 100% committed to maintaining the highest level of service and safety possible for our clients and our staff. We are constantly monitoring COVID-19 developments and are following CDC and state guidelines.
On March 16, 2020, NEEBCo sent all of its clients its newly implemented customer service and communication protocols that will remain in place as long as necessary. If you did not receive our information, please reach out to your Account Manager, Benefits Advisor or myself.
