Claims they can no longer measure the impact of may ACA provisions
In a footnote, the CBO said it will track effects of exchange subsidies and Medicaid expansion but tracking other changes to existing federal programs is not possible. Also included in the footnote: it is now “unclear whether the health care law is still on track to reduce the deficit or whether it may actually end up adding to the federal debt.”
Also mentioned in the June 5, 2014 NAHU Newswire is the passage of a Medicaid rate settlement with 25 hospitals.
