Anthem Extends Off-Exchange Individual Health Coverage Enrollment Deadline

Anthem NH is extending application deadlines for individual health coverage sold off-exchange (outside of the Health Insurance Marketplace). The deadline extension applies only to applications for January 1, 2016 and February 1, 2016 coverage effective dates.
- For a January 1 effective date, applicants now have until December 31, 2015 to apply.
- For a February 1 effective date, applicants now have until January 31, 2016 to apply.
To be made effective, enrollment applications must be complete and include the initial premium payment.
