Elliot Health System, which includes Elliot Hospital, Elliot Physician Network, Elliot Professional Services, and Elliot One Day Surgery Center will all rejoin Anthem’s Pathway Network of New Hampshire hospitals and providers currently serving Anthem Health Insurance Exchange customers in 2015.

The Pathway Network includes 21 hospitals in all 10 New Hampshire counties, plus key hospitals in Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont. The statewide network also includes 78% of the state’s primary care providers, 87% of the state’s specialists, 87% of the ambulatory surgery providers, and 98% of the ancillary network.
