President willing to cut Medicare in Fiscal Cliff Deal
Targeting states that are undecided in expanding their Medicaid programs, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said the White House promises to fund these expansions. States are worried that federal budget concerns could jeopardize future funding of this expansion.
