Opinions differ on complexity of enrollment this year
There are various opinions on how difficult this enrollment cycle will be. This will be the first renewal period for those that enrolled in the ACA plans last year and officials are hoping that they will see an increase in the number of young adults enrolling for the first time with the threat of the penalty phase taking effect for 2015. While the technology problems that plagued last year’s enrollment are not expected this year, healthcare.gov CEO foresees a complicated open enrollment.
