More ACA Regulations Being Drafted

Should be released this year
Health and Human Services and the Internal Revenue Service are busy drafting additional proposed and final regulations as part of the Affordable Care Act implementation. Fifty or more regulations will be forthcoming.
Also reported in the January 16, 2014 NAHU Newswire is an article that there may be a “quirk” in the ACA that will allow large firms to continue to offer “bare bones” policies as long as they offer at least one plan that does satisfy ACA requirements.
