Calls for delaying the individual mandate increasing daily
The number of lawmakers calling for a delay of the Individual Mandate under ACA is increasing. Problems continue to plague the website and there is no end in sight. Some are calling for a one year delay of the mandate and the penalties would not go into effect until 2015. The delay would not place the penalty structure on hold.
