More than 65 suits still pending nationwide
The August 2, 2013 NAHU Newswire reports that there are more than 65 lawsuits are pending nationwide targeting various provisions of the Health Care Act. The law could be partially dismantled as a result of final decisions. The litigation is not limited to those that may be opponents of the law.
