Agencies handling data need to respond
In question is the security of American’s personal information that will be processed through a data hub. This “data hub” enables the exchanges to function in addition to gathering information to apply applicable tax credits. With less than 70 days until the hub is to be on-line and functional, many security questions remain unanswered. As a result, Representative Pat Meehan has introduced a bill to delay the data hub.
Also reported in the July 29, 2013 NAHU Newswire is mention of the New Hampshire Medicaid expansion hearing set for tomorrow. Scheduled to testify is the New Hampshire Insurance Department.
