Suggestion: Feds Take Responsibility for Medicaid

In a joint session of the Tennessee General Assembly, Senator Lamar Alexander suggested that the federal government take full responsibility for Medicaid in exchange for states taking control of education. He suggested that this exchange would take away political and budget issues that have arisen as a result of healthcare reform.
