Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Elliot Health System and Frisbie Memorial Hospital announced they are entering into a joint venture with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care to form a new company with the goals of improving the quality of health care in New Hampshire with reduced cost. Benevera Health is a population health improvement company owned and governed by its partner health care systems/hospitals and Harvard Pilgrim.

Coordination of health care will entail clinical, financial and operational data from across partner institutions to provide analytics for clinicians to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care.

Benevera Health will be jointly owned by all the partners, and will share both financial and clinical outcome responsibility for the patients in their care. Partners are expected to make investments in technology systems, analytics and personnel.
